Software Engineer — CoeFont Interpreter (Seoul: remote, or relocate to Tokyo)

CoeFont builds real-time AI interpretation for enterprise meetings. Our product, CoeFont Interpreter, runs 2- and 3-language meetings (JA / EN / KO and more) for large global enterprises, with per-organization context (dictionaries, files, meeting history) that keeps improving accuracy.
What you'll do
Work across the Go backend (GCP), web (Next.js), and desktop (Tauri + React).
Improve KO↔JA interpretation quality: ASR, LLM post-processing, context / dictionary pipelines.
Use the product in your own meetings every day and fix what bothers you.
What we need
3+ years building and shipping products in a small team.
Strong Go (or another typed backend language and willing to switch), plus TypeScript / React; or Python + ML / speech pipelines.
Native-level in Korean and intermediate or more in either English or Japanese.
AI-native workflow: you already ship with Claude Code, Codex, or similar.
Nice to have
ASR / TTS / LLM experience; Tauri / Rust; Fire/ real-time streaming (WebSocket / gRPC).
Experience with Korean enterprise customers.
