About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior AEM Content Author with 6–8 years of experience to lead complex web content authoring, digital asset management, and cross-channel publishing operations. You will act as an AEM authoring subject-matter expert, guiding component configurations, enforcing publishing governance, and collaborating directly with clients and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advanced Page Building: Configure high-complexity AEM pages, multi-site manager (MSM) setups, experience fragments, and responsive templates.
• DAM Governance: Oversee Adobe Digital Asset Management (DAM) taxonomy, metadata structures, tagging, and asset rendition rules.
• Quality & Optimization: Audit cross-browser and cross-device display fidelity, ensure accessibility/SEO alignment, and troubleshoot UI discrepancies.
• Process & Governance: Manage multi-tier approval workflows, scheduled rollouts, content versioning, and publishing timelines.
• Client & Stakeholder Interaction: Serve as the primary authoring point of contact for client teams, translating UI mocks into functional AEM setups.
• Mentorship & Guidelines: Create authoring runbooks, component user guides, and mentor junior authors.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Education: B.E / B.Tech / M.C.A or equivalent.
• 6–8 years of overall digital content experience, including 3+ years in content authoring and solid experience in AEM.
• Deep understanding of AEM components, dialog fields, experience fragments, and workflow approval chains.
• Working knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript concepts) to troubleshoot layout and formatting issues.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with proven client-facing professionalism.
