Senior SEO & Digital Marketing Lead — Client Delivery

About the role
Erlin Select helps international businesses improve their digital presence, acquire customers, and achieve measurable marketing outcomes. We’re hiring a hands-on SEO and digital marketing professional to own client accounts end to end and, over time, build and lead our client delivery team.
You’ll report directly to the Founder, with a clear path to Head of Client Delivery.
What you’ll do
Independently manage around 10 international client accounts, including client meetings, progress updates, and expectation management
Build and execute SEO and digital marketing plans, working hands-on with GSC, GA4, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog
Prioritize opportunities and coordinate content, technical SEO, and other deliverables so that work turns into measurable business results
Set up repeatable delivery processes and gradually build a team of specialists you can delegate to
Use Erlin’s AI technology to sharpen strategy and automate repetitive work
What we’re looking for
5-8 years of SEO and digital marketing experience, with strong hands-on SEO skills
Experience managing international clients, preferably US-based
A solid grasp of broader digital marketing and customer acquisition
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong problem-solving skills and independent judgment
Experience mentoring or coordinating other professionals
Comfort working with AI tools and automation
A self-starter mindset: you spot what needs to happen and make it happen without waiting to be told
