Develop corporate mental wellness assessments, employee support pathways, workshops, webinars, and awareness initiatives.
Coordinate with HR teams, corporate wellness heads, and organisational stakeholders.
Support the development of EAP packages, service protocols, reporting frameworks, and corporate wellness metrics.
Help deliver measurable outcomes through structured program implementation and service quality monitoring.
4. Team Management & Clinical Operations
Manage day-to-day operations of psychological services and coordinate with internal teams.
Lead, mentor, and support psychologists, counsellors, and client service personnel.

Work closely with leadership on business planning, service expansion, and operational strategy.
Support the development and launch of new mental health services, programs, and revenue streams.
Collaborate with business development and marketing teams on service positioning, proposals, and partnerships.
Participate in corporate presentations, client meetings, and strategic partnership discussions.
Monitor operational performance, utilisation, client engagement, and service delivery metrics.
Qualifications & Experience
Master's degree in Psychology or Clinical Psychology.
M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology preferred.
Minimum 5+ years of relevant professional experience in clinical psychology, mental healthcare, or related services.
Experience in team leadership, clinical supervision, healthcare operations, or program management will be highly preferred.
Exposure to corporate wellness, EAP programs, digital health products, or mental health technology will be an advantage.
Strong understanding of psychological assessments, clinical documentation, intervention frameworks, and ethical practice.
Excellent communication, leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with technology, operations, marketing, and business development teams.

Is interested in using technology to improve the delivery of mental healthcare.
Can translate clinical needs into scalable products and structured programs.
