About 7 Figure Furniture
7 Figure Furniture is a growing marketing agency specializing in helping furniture stores and brands generate more sales through Meta advertising.
We work with furniture business owners across the country, managing their advertising campaigns, developing creative strategies, and helping them turn ad spend into real revenue.
We're expanding our team and looking for an exceptional Client Strategist to lead a growing portfolio of clients.
This role requires two things above all else: exceptional people skills and strong, proven Meta Ads experience. Both are non-negotiable.
The Role
This is not your typical account management position, and it's not a position where you'll spend your entire day behind the scenes inside Ads Manager.
You'll be the face of 7 Figure Furniture for the clients you manage.
You'll build genuine relationships with business owners, lead client calls, communicate results, solve problems, and make sure every client feels confident that they're in great hands.
At the same time, you'll be responsible for the performance of their Meta advertising campaigns.
You need to be equally comfortable leading a client meeting and opening Ads Manager to diagnose why a campaign isn't performing.
You'll initially manage campaigns yourself using our proven 7FF marketing system. As your portfolio grows, you'll have the support of a dedicated media buyer to handle campaign execution while you oversee strategy, performance, and client relationships.
You'll also work directly with a video editor to develop effective advertising creative.
Your portfolio will grow to approximately 40 clients. You'll be their primary point of contact, strategic partner, and the person ultimately responsible for their experience and advertising performance.
Our sales team handles acquiring new clients. Your job is to deliver results, build great relationships, and keep those clients with us.
The Two Non-Negotiables
1. Exceptional Communication Skills & Personality
We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys interacting with people.
You should be personable, outgoing, confident, and comfortable building relationships with business owners from all different backgrounds.
You must be able to:
Lead client calls confidently without needing someone else to drive the conversation.
Build rapport quickly and make clients genuinely enjoy working with you.
Explain advertising performance in a way that makes sense to someone who isn't a marketer.
Handle difficult conversations, frustrated clients, and disappointing results professionally.
Communicate proactively rather than waiting for clients to ask for updates.
Take ownership of client relationships and make people feel heard, valued, and confident.
We're not looking for someone who simply responds to emails and attends meetings. We want someone who can build relationships that keep clients with us for years.
2. Strong, Hands-On Meta Ads Experience
You must already know how to run successful Meta advertising campaigns.
This is not an entry-level media buying position, and we cannot teach someone Meta Ads from scratch.
You should have real experience:
Building, launching, managing, and optimizing Meta advertising campaigns.
Managing advertising budgets for e-commerce or retail businesses.
Analyzing ROAS, CPA, conversion rates, and other important performance metrics.
Understanding Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and conversion tracking.
Testing advertising creative, audiences, and campaign structures.
Troubleshooting underperforming campaigns and making informed adjustments.
Understanding how Meta advertising contributes to actual business revenue.
You'll receive training on our specific marketing system, but you should already have the technical foundation and judgment of an experienced media buyer.
If you're a great communicator but lack strong Meta Ads experience, this isn't the right position. The same goes if you're an excellent media buyer but struggle with client communication. We need both.

Gets excited about helping business owners grow.
Can confidently explain both successful and unsuccessful campaign results.

How to Apply
We care just as much about how you communicate as we do about your experience.
To apply, please submit your resume along with the following:
1. Your Meta Ads Experience
Tell us about an ad account you've personally managed. Include the approximate monthly ad spend, results achieved, and a strategic decision you made that improved performance.

3. A 2-Minute Loom Video (Required)
Record a short Loom video introducing yourself as though you're meeting one of our clients for the first time.
We want to get a feel for your personality, communication style, confidence, and how naturally you connect with people.
Applications without a Loom video will not be considered.
We're looking for someone who can be both an outstanding Meta media buyer and an outstanding representative of our company. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
