🎯 Who are we looking for?
✅ Strong understanding of sales incentive structures and commission models
✅ Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
✅ Knowledge of TADA policies and HR compliance
✅ Proficiency in HR analytics and HRIS tools
✅ Experience in HR leadership, preferably in FMCG or a sales-driven environment
