Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tirupati for a Flutter Developer | MERN Full Stack Developer. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining mobile applications using Flutter and full stack web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js). Responsibilities include implementing user-friendly interfaces, integrating front-end and back-end services, optimizing application performance, and ensuring responsive and secure solutions. The developer will collaborate with product, design, and content teams to build and enhance features for Binteo and related platforms, troubleshoot and debug issues, and participate in code reviews and deployment processes. Continuous learning, adherence to best practices, and contribution to technical documentation and improvement of development workflows are expected.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Front-End Development skills, including experience with React and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
Candidates should possess solid Back-End Web Development skills, preferably with Node.js, Express.js, and database management (e.g., MongoDB).
Candidates should possess Full-Stack Development capabilities, integrating front-end and back-end components into scalable, secure applications.
Candidates should possess Software Development skills, including clean coding practices, version control (Git), and familiarity with RESTful APIs.
Proficiency in Flutter and Dart for cross-platform mobile app development is highly beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to work on-site in Tirupati, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and communicate clearly in English.
Experience with performance optimization, testing frameworks, and deployment on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, or similar) is a plus.
