Freelance Motion Graphic Designer

Role Description This is a part-time, remote Freelance Motion Graphic Designer role. The designer will create motion graphics and animated visual content that communicate complex ideas related to quality systems, ethical business practices, and brand messaging in a clear, engaging way. Day-to-day tasks include developing storyboards, designing graphic elements, producing and editing short videos, and adapting content for digital platforms such as websites, presentations, and social media. The role involves collaborating with project managers and subject matter experts to refine concepts, maintain brand consistency, and deliver assets within agreed timelines. The designer will manage their own schedule and workload while meeting project deadlines and quality expectations.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Motion Design and Motion Graphics for creating dynamic and informative visual narratives.
Experience in Video Production, including editing, compositing, and basic sound integration for digital content.
Proficiency in Graphic Design and Graphics for developing layouts, icons, and visual assets aligned with brand guidelines.
Advanced use of industry-standard tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop or equivalents).
Ability to interpret complex information and translate it into clear, accessible visual content.
Demonstrated experience working remotely, managing multiple projects, and meeting deadlines as a freelancer or contractor.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional, multicultural teams.
Portfolio showcasing motion graphics and video work; experience with corporate, educational, or compliance-focused content is a plus.
