Client Services Coordinator (Creative Production) | CSR

AffinityX is looking for a Client Services Coordinator with a strong background in customer service and hands-on experience supporting websites, digital advertising, and online marketing platforms.
This role is ideal for BPO professionals who have handled digital marketing accounts, website management, or technical support for online advertising services.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with website updates, content modifications, and digital platform concerns.
Troubleshoot website issues, advertising concerns, and campaign-related requests.
Support the implementation and monitoring of digital advertising campaigns.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and ensure timely delivery.
Review website content, creative materials, and advertisements for accuracy.
Monitor campaign activities and provide updates to stakeholders.
Manage multiple client requests while maintaining service quality and turnaround times.
Qualifications
At least 2 years of customer service experience in a BPO environment.
At least 1 year of experience supporting digital marketing, websites, or online advertising.
Experience in website editing, digital campaign support, or technical troubleshooting.
Familiarity with CMS platforms, Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, or HTML is an advantage.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable handling client concerns.
Amenable to working in permanent night shift
Preferred Background: Candidates who have supported website management, digital advertising, or marketing technology accounts in a BPO environment.
