Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Structural Engineer role based in Bengaluru. The Structural Engineer will be responsible for performing structural analysis and design for buildings and infrastructure, ensuring safety, stability, and compliance with applicable codes. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and reviewing engineering calculations, developing structural drawings and details using CAD tools, and coordinating with civil engineers, architects, and project managers. The role involves inspecting structures, reviewing construction documents, and providing technical guidance during execution to address design-related queries. The Structural Engineer will also participate in project planning, documentation, and quality assurance activities.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering for building and infrastructure projects.
Candidates should possess skills in Structural Analysis and Calculations to design safe and efficient structural systems.
Candidates should possess proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for preparing structural drawings and details.
Relevant bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; master’s degree is an advantage.
Knowledge of relevant design codes and standards (e.g., IS codes or equivalent), and familiarity with industry best practices.
Ability to interpret architectural and MEP drawings, and coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Good communication skills for preparing technical reports, documentation, and client-facing presentations.
