Job Responsibilities
* Lead and manage PMC activities for Civil Construction, Interior Fit-outs and MEP Works from planning to project completion.
* Monitor project progress, quality, cost and timelines to ensure adherence to approved plans and specifications.
* Supervise and control contractors, consultants and site teams to ensure efficient project execution.
* Review drawings, BOQs, technical submissions and work progress, ensuring proper coordination among all disciplines.
* Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards and applicable statutory requirements.
* Coordinate with the client and stakeholders, resolve technical and execution-related issues, and submit regular progress reports.
Candidate Profile
* B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred.
* 15–20 years of relevant experience in large-scale construction, interior fit-outs and MEP projects, preferably in a PMC role.
* Strong technical expertise in Civil, Interior and MEP works, with proven leadership, project coordination and contractor management skills.
* Ability to independently drive project execution and ensure timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
