You will empower local business growth by fostering meaningful and supportive client relationships.
Compensation:
USD 8 - 9.5/hour
Location:
Remote (for Colombia, Venezuela, Mexico, Costa Rica, Argentina, Uruguay, El Salvador, Belize, Ecuador, Guyana, Panama, Peru, and Paraguay residents)

Role Overview:
We are a US marketing and business consulting firm looking for a warm, people-first Client Coordinator to be a caring point of contact for our clients.
This role is about relationships.
You will keep clients feeling supported, organized, and heard.
You will onboard clients and help collect information to get them into our system.
Responsibilities:
Respond to client emails and messages with empathy.
Keep schedules and follow-ups on track.
Make every client feel taken care of.
Requirements:
You are fluent in English with a neutral accent and are comfortable on calls.
You are genuinely nurturing and patient.
You are organized.
You are comfortable with everyday tools such as email, calendars, and apps.
A background in nursing, teaching, hospitality, or customer care is a big plus.
Logistics:
Hours: 40 hours per week, US time zone.
