The Role
Lead complex US and international trademark clearance projects for major brand portfolios
Manage domestic and global trademark prosecution, including strategy, filings, and office action responses
Provide day to day counseling on brand selection, risk assessment, and portfolio optimization
Coordinate with foreign counsel and internal teams on multi jurisdictional matters in Spanish and English
Collaborate directly with partners while taking substantive responsibility for a high volume docket
Ideal Candidate Profile
The firm is seeking a mid level Trademark Associate with:
At least 3 years of direct trademark clearance and prosecution experience
Experience managing US and international trademark portfolios, including complex clearance and prosecution
Fluency in written and spoken Spanish and English
JD or LLM degree and strong academic credentials
Bar admission in your resident state and ability to handle a high volume docket
Compensation & Benefits
$250,000 to $320,000 base salary, depending on experience
