Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant (HDL / BIP)

Role summary
Hands-on Oracle Fusion HCM technical consultant to build and run data loads and reports on an HCM & Payroll programme. You will write HDL files, BI Publisher/OTBI reports and the SQL behind them, validate the results and fix what breaks.
What you'll do
Build HDL files for Worker-family objects (names, contacts, addresses, national IDs, legislative data, documents of record, salary, payment methods, DFFs/EITs, absences, accruals, performance, goals, talent profiles, user accounts, terminations) for create, update and delete.
Write BI Publisher data models and reports (SQL-based) and OTBI analyses for extraction, pre/post validation and reconciliation.
Write and tune SQL against Fusion HCM and Payroll tables.
Run loads via HDL/ESS, analyse error reports, correct and re-load; validate outcomes against before/after extracts.
Use Remove Person Information (RPI), audit reports and UCM where HDL doesn't apply.
Keep a clean run log and evidence: what was loaded, when, with what result.
Must have
5+ years Oracle Fusion HCM technical, with HDL as a daily tool — surrogate IDs, user keys, SET commands, DELETE/UPDATE semantics, flexfield contexts, bulk error handling.
Strong SQL on Fusion HCM tables (PER_*, HR_*, FND_*, PAY_*); able to write a report from scratch.
BI Publisher (data models, bursting, scheduled output) and OTBI.
Core HR and at least one of: Global Payroll, Absence, Talent, Learning.
Comfortable with large volumes (tens of thousands of rows) and repeatable, scripted runs.
Nice to have
HCM Extracts, OIC, Fusion security/RBAC, Spreadsheet Loader, Excel/Python automation for file generation.
Working style
Checks the output against the input before saying it's done.
Reports blockers early with the file and the error, not a summary.
