Role Description The Research and Development Specialist role is a part-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The specialist will support R&D projects related to medicinal chemistry, synthetic organic chemistry, and library synthesis, including planning and executing laboratory experiments and documenting results.
Qualifications:
Candidates should be actively working chemist in Reputed CRO or CDMO organization and looking for a extra income in Weekend (Or) Looking For a PH.D work station.
Candidate should willing to work as a Project based Chemist.
Candidates should possess strong Research and Development (R&D) and general Research skills, including experimental design and literature review.
Candidates should possess solid Laboratory Skills, including handling chemicals, operating standard lab equipment, and following safety and quality procedures.
Candidates should possess Analytical Skills for data interpretation, problem-solving, and evaluating experimental results.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for documenting work, preparing reports, and collaborating with team members and management.
Experience in medicinal chemistry, synthetic organic chemistry, or CRO/CRAMS environments is an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, manage multiple tasks, and maintain high attention to detail.
Familiarity with regulatory and quality standards in pharmaceutical R&D is beneficial.
