We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Services Coordinator to support daily HR operations, coordinate employee services, and ensure smooth HR administrative processes. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, maintaining accurate records, and helping employees throughout their employment journey.
📌 Role Responsibilities
👥 Coordinate day-to-day HR services and employee requests.
📄 Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
📩 Respond to HR inquiries and direct requests to the appropriate teams.
📅 Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee orientation activities.
📝 Prepare HR letters, reports, forms, and employment-related documents.
📊 Update HR databases and assist with tracking employee information.
🤝 Coordinate with payroll, recruitment, and other departments to support HR processes.
🎯 Qualifications
✅ Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
✅ At least 3 years of relevant experience in HR administration, HR services, or coordination.
✅ Good understanding of HR processes and employee documentation.
✅ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
✅ Excellent communication, confidentiality, and problem-solving abilities.
⭐ Experience with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office is an advantage.
