Acting as a central point of coordination, you will help drive successful audit execution by monitoring engagement progress, key milestones, public deliverables, risks, dependencies, and financial performance. Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinate engagement setup, compliance, risk management, onboarding, user access, and administrative activities across key systems, platforms, and collaboration tools.

Coordinate governance activities, leadership reviews, key engagement meetings, client requests, approvals, documentation, and stakeholder communications.
Monitor engagement budgets, forecasts, actual costs, profitability, resource utilization, recoverability, and budget variances, and support billing schedules, provisions, and related financial activities.
Create and maintain engagement data in CRM and firm systems, and coordinate requests supporting staffing, access, compliance, financial, and operational requirements.
Support new client onboarding by establishing engagement infrastructure, processes, reporting frameworks, and collaboration tools.
Develop executive reporting and dashboards, including fee analysis, budget tracking, and performance insights, to support informed decision-making and financial discipline.
Lead project coordination and process improvement initiatives, facilitate engagement and client debriefs, and maintain lessons learned and action registers to support continuous improvement.
What You'll Bring:
Your skills, knowledge, and experiences are what set you apart. Here's what we look for:
Post-secondary education to the college diploma level in business, administration, or a related discipline is preferred; a university degree and PMP certification are considered assets.
A minimum of three years of experience in administration, project coordination, engagement support, or a related professional services role, or at least one year of experience as a practice staff member in Audit or Core Assurance.
Strong project management experience within audit, assurance, professional services, or financial services, with an understanding of the audit lifecycle and engagement management processes.
Experience supporting engagement economics, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, resource planning, performance monitoring, and executive dashboard development.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, Power BI, Alteryx, Adobe, DocuSign, project management tools, and reporting technologies.
Working knowledge of professional services systems and technologies, with the ability to quickly learn and effectively use new platforms, digital tools, and AI solutions to enhance quality, efficiency, and decision-making.
Understanding of regulatory, compliance, proposal, and public reporting requirements, corporate structures, and internal service delivery processes.
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, engagement files, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, professional judgment, discretion, and the ability to work proactively and independently while knowing when to escalate issues.
A service-oriented, continuous improvement mindset, with a focus on quality, confidentiality, process consistency, and effective stakeholder support.
Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with a minimum of three days per week in the office, and flexibility to work occasional irregular hours during peak engagement periods.
