Job Brief:- AU Small Finance Bank Limited is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead the development and execution of product strategies within the Sales department. This role demands a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the financial services industry, capable of driving product innovation, managing product life cycles, and collaborating cross-functionally to enhance customer acquisition and retention. The ideal candidate will leverage market insights and customer feedback to deliver competitive financial products that align with the bank's growth objectives and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities:-
Develop and implement comprehensive product strategies that align with the bank’s sales objectives and market demands.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and customer needs within the financial services sector.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, compliance, and technology teams to design and launch innovative financial products.
Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation through development, launch, and post-launch performance evaluation.
Define product positioning, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans to maximize product adoption and profitability.
Monitor product performance metrics and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement and ensure regulatory compliance.
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of product enhancements and resolve any operational issues.
Develop business cases and financial models to support product investment decisions and resource allocation.
Engage with key stakeholders, including senior management and external partners, to align product initiatives with organizational goals.
