Hiring: Billing Engineer
📍 Location: Mumbai
💼 Experience: 7–9 Years
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Billing Engineer with experience in construction and real estate projects to manage contractor billing, quantity verification, and cost control.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and verify RA bills, final bills, and subcontractor bills.
Check quantities as per BOQ, drawings, and site measurements.
Coordinate with site teams and contractors for bill certification.
Handle rate analysis, extra items, variations, and reconciliation.
Maintain billing records, measurement sheets, and MIS reports.
Support project costing, budget tracking, and audits.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of BOQ, quantity surveying, and rate analysis.
Experience in contractor billing and bill certification.
Understanding of construction drawings and real estate projects.
Working knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD; SAP/Oracle is an advantage.
Good coordination and analytical skills.
