Senior Frontend Developer

We are looking for a battle-tested Senior Frontend Developer who lives and breathes React and Next.js. You will own the architecture of client-facing interfaces, collaborate directly with the founder, and set the benchmark for performance standards across every project.
What You'll Do
Architect and build scalable Next.js 14/15 applications with App Router
Own Core Web Vitals (LCP < 1s, CLS = 0) across all client projects
Implement pixel-perfect responsive UIs from Figma designs
Lead code reviews and maintain high engineering standards
Integrate REST and GraphQL APIs, third-party SDKs, and webhooks
Mentor mid-level developers on performance patterns
Requirements
4+ years with React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
Deep knowledge of Next.js (App Router, SSR, ISR, RSC)
Strong CSS skills — Tailwind, animations, responsive design
Experience optimising for Google PageSpeed and Core Web Vitals
Proficiency with Git, CI/CD workflows, and Vercel/Netlify deployments
Nice to Have
Experience with Framer Motion or GSAP for complex animations
Familiarity with Three.js or WebGL
Contributions to open-source projects
