Job Overview
Lencop Academy is looking for a knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and student-oriented Computer Faculty member to conduct computer training classes for students at different skill levels. The ideal candidate should have good computer knowledge, practical teaching abilities, and a passion for helping students develop professional computer skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct theoretical and practical computer classes for students.
- Teach Computer Fundamentals, Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and internet applications.
- Train students in relevant subjects such as Advanced Excel, Tally Prime with GST, programming, or web designing, depending on expertise.
- Prepare lesson plans, practical assignments, tests, and learning materials.
- Demonstrate computer applications through hands-on exercises and real-world examples.
- Monitor student attendance, performance, progress, and practical skills.
- Conduct assessments and help students improve their technical knowledge.
- Maintain classroom discipline and ensure an engaging learning environment.
- Support students in developing computer proficiency and career-oriented skills.
Eligibility Criteria
- Good knowledge of computer fundamentals and MS Office is essential.
- Practical knowledge of the subjects being taught.
- Good communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
