Marketing Project Manager, AI & Automation
Speedrack West | Marketing | Full-time
Great mark
eting needs someone who can turn ideas into launches—and make the next launch easier.
We’re looking for a hands-on marketer who can coordinate campaigns, keep a small team moving, and build AI workflows that make everyone more effective.
If you can spot a weak campaign message, unblock a project, and turn a repetitive task into a reusable system, we’d love to meet you.
This is a full-time position.
About Speedrack West
Founded in 1984 and based in North Plains, Oregon, Speedrack West sells, fabricates, and installs warehouse storage systems. With stocked inventory, in-house fabrication, and our own installation team, we help businesses create warehouse spaces that work.
Our marketing team is small, fast-moving, and heavily AI-driven. We’re looking for someone who brings marketing judgment, strong ownership, and a practical approach to building better ways of working.
Your role
You’ll work closely with our Marketing Manager, who sets strategy and priorities. You’ll turn those priorities into clear plans, coordinated execution, and delivered campaigns.
This is a marketing role first. You should understand audiences, positioning, messaging, and what makes people take action. You’ll bring ideas, challenge work that misses the mark, and help the team deliver assets that do more than meet a deadline.
You’ll also build systems. When a task repeats, you’ll look for a way to automate it—and make that solution usable by the whole team.
What you’ll own
Campaigns and project delivery
Take marketing projects from kickoff to launch, coordinating contributors and keeping everyone clear on priorities.
Run sprints in ClickUp: turn goals into tasks, define owners and deadlines, and manage dependencies.
Identify blockers early, resolve what you can, and bring clear recommendations when a decision is needed.
Review deliverables for audience fit, messaging, quality, and commercial purpose.
Track campaign results, surface insights, and help improve the next round.
Step into execution when needed and help teammates learn unfamiliar tasks.
Keep project status visible and processes documented.
AI workflows and automation
Build reusable AI workflows, automations, and agent skills for campaign creation and everyday marketing work.
Turn recurring tasks into reliable systems that teammates can use.
Use Claude Code and AI-assisted coding to build and improve internal tools, including our Marketing Hub.
Test outputs, document workflows, and help the team adopt them.
Explore new AI tools and recommend the ones that solve a real problem.
Design support
Help ensure everything we publish is clear, consistent, and easy to use.
When needed, create simple brochures, one-pagers, or graphics using AI-assisted design tools or Canva.
What you bring
3+ years of hands-on marketing experience, including campaigns you personally helped create and launch.
Experience managing marketing projects with multiple contributors.
Strong marketing fundamentals: audience, positioning, messaging, customer journeys, and conversion.
Hands-on sprint management in ClickUp or a similar tool.
Daily use of Claude and other AI tools in your work.
Practical experience building AI workflows, automations, or agent skills.
Working experience with Claude Code or another AI-assisted coding tool.
A habit of improving systems instead of repeating manual work.
Strong ownership: you follow through, communicate early, and keep work moving.
Clear written and verbal communication in English.
Availability to work full-time.
Nice to have
HubSpot or another marketing automation platform.
B2B or industrial marketing experience.
A good eye for design and experience with Canva, Figma, Photoshop, or AI-assisted design tools.
How this role fits the team
The Marketing Manager owns strategy and priorities. You own project delivery and help turn that strategy into effective campaigns.
Our web and development team handles the main website. You don’t need to be a software engineer, but you should be comfortable building useful internal tools with AI.
Design is a supporting skill. Your core focus is marketing execution, team coordination, and automation.
What success looks like
Campaigns launch with clear ownership and fewer last-minute surprises. Deliverables speak to the right audience. Results inform the next campaign. Repetitive work becomes easier because you’ve built systems the team actually uses.
