The Project: Design & Implementation of a University Mental Health Program
Student mental health needs are rising, and many campuses still lack structured, evidence-based support systems. Design evidence-based interventions (individual, group, and digital) for common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, and academic burnout.
Establish psychometric standards, including reliability, validity, and norming, for all tools developed.
3. Research Leadership
Lead the full research cycle: study design, ethics approvals, data collection, statistical analysis, documentation, and reporting.
Publish findings in peer-reviewed journals and present at national and international conferences.
Contribute to grant proposals, technical reports, and policy briefs.
4. Stakeholder Coordination
Work closely with university leadership, counselling centres, faculty, student bodies, and external partners to ensure smooth implementation.
