Marketing & Lead Generation VA

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Marketing & Lead Generation VA to support partnership research, email outreach, social media content creation, and marketing initiatives.
The role focuses on identifying relevant newsletters, resources, complementary businesses, and potential partners for partnership and resource-sharing opportunities. This is not a traditional sales or Business Development role, and no cold calling is required
Responsibilities:
Partnership Research & Email Outreach
Research newsletters, resources, complementary businesses, and potential partners
Identify relevant contacts and partnership opportunities
Support personalized email outreach and follow-ups
Assist with resource and lead magnet partnership initiatives
Track outreach, responses, and next steps in the CRM
Social Media & Creative Support
Create and publish social media content and graphics
Develop static posts, carousels, reels, and other visual content
Support AI-assisted content and graphic creation
Assist with webinar slides, presentations, and related graphics
CRM & Organization
Maintain accurate CRM records and outreach activities
Organize marketing and outreach materials
Support basic reporting and contact list management
Qualifications
Experience researching newsletters, communities, resources, complementary businesses, or partnership opportunities
Experience with partnership, referral, or relationship-building outreach via email
Experience creating social media content, including graphics, reels, and carousels
Experience creating or supporting webinar slides, presentations, or other visual materials
Experience using CRM platforms to maintain contacts and track outreach
Strong written English, online research, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities remotely
Experience supporting US-based or international clients in a remote setup
