PAY RATE: $15.50/hr (Temporary) | $16.50/hr (Upon Permanent Hire)

Job Summary
Quality Inspectors provide essential support to manufacturing quality operations by performing product inspections, quality checks, measurements, testing, and accurate data entry. This position works closely with the Quality Manager and combines hands-on production floor responsibilities with office-based quality documentation and administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, comfortable using computers, and capable of working independently while maintaining high standards of quality and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
Inspect manufactured products and perform routine quality checks.
Conduct measurements and testing to verify product quality.
Accurately enter inspection results and maintain quality records.
Assist in creating and updating work instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Provide daily operational and administrative support to the Quality Manager.
Work approximately 50% in an office environment and 50% on the production floor.
Meet established daily production and quality goals.
Operate a forklift as required, with appropriate training and authorization.
Follow all written instructions, safety policies, and operational procedures.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Fulfill additional duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications
Strong computer skills, including accurate data entry and documentation.
Ability to perform quality inspections, measurements, and testing.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to understand and follow work instructions and procedures.
Ability to learn new processes and adapt to changing requirements.
Excellent attendance, dependability, and work ethic.
Ability to work independently and meet daily goals.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to operate a forklift or obtain required training and authorization.
Physical & Work Environment Requirements
Ability to stand, sit, or walk throughout an 8-hour shift.
Ability to lift, bend, and carry up to 50 pounds.
Comfortable working in non-climate-controlled manufacturing environments.
Ability to transition between office duties and production floor activities.
