Role & Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT and digital transformation projects from initiation to closure, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget adherence.
Orchestrate cross-functional teams (developers, QA, DevOps, UX, product) across time zones using Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies.
Manage stakeholder communication, escalation, and expectation alignment with C-suite and client leadership via dashboards, standups, and sprint reviews.
Drive risk mitigation, RAID log management, and change control processes to ensure smooth project progression.
Define and optimize project KPIs, including velocity, burn-down, budget variance, and client satisfaction metrics.
Partner with leadership to scale project delivery frameworks and coach junior PMs on best practices.
