Superintendent - General Application

We have open roles currently but we also maintain a small, selective pipeline of individuals who genuinely align with our work, our values, and our approach to collaborative construction. Minimum requirements
5 years of Superintendent experience with a general contractor
Commercial and institutional experience highly preferred
Strong in scheduling, forecasting, building code, jurisdiction code
Highly proficient in technology (all of our systems are digital) including MS Project
Self perform experience
Healthcare experience is a strong asset
