ICON - Sales Representatives

Preparing quotations and providing product information to customers and staff in a timely manner.
Contacting customers and prospective customers and organizing site visits or meetings.
Assisting with market research and competitor information.
Providing in-house training on equipment, especially new ranges.
Identifying new products that complement the core business, evaluating same and making recommendations.
Coordinating delivery of equipment including hand-over and pre-delivery inspections.
Assisting with promotions, demonstrations, and trade shows.
Conducting after sales site visits and keeping in touch with customers on a scheduled basis.
Updating prospect and project lists with contact information for key personnel and status of project.
Preparing documentation for licensing and registration of equipment.
Preparing monthly reports of sales contacts and summary of sales visits.
Assisting with visits from supplier representatives and coordinating visit schedules.
Assisting with the preparation of tenders
Ensuring that QMS & HSE requirements are always adhered to.
Assisting with special projects as required.
Attending all Training Programmes, Seminars and meetings as required by Management.
Performing any other duties as may be reasonably assigned from time to time.
