Role Description The Vice President of Product Management is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading the product vision, strategy, and roadmap across EverCommerce’s portfolio. This role oversees product managers and cross-functional teams to define market opportunities, prioritize features, and deliver software solutions that meet the needs of service businesses. The Vice President will collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success to align product initiatives with business goals and customer outcomes. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding product discovery and validation, setting performance metrics, reviewing product performance data, and driving continuous improvement in product delivery and lifecycle management. The role also includes stakeholder communication, executive-level reporting, and fostering a culture of innovation, customer focus, and accountability within the product organization.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Product Strategy and Product Management skills, including experience defining product vision, roadmaps, and go-to-market plans.
Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills to interpret market data, customer insights, and product performance metrics to drive data-informed decisions.
Candidates should possess proven Team Leadership capabilities, including mentoring product managers and leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Candidates should possess solid Project Management skills to oversee complex initiatives, manage timelines and dependencies, and ensure successful product launches.
Extensive experience in SaaS or software product management, ideally serving service-oriented businesses or related industries.
Demonstrated success in senior or executive product roles, with responsibility for portfolio-level strategy and outcomes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present to and influence executive leadership.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is beneficial.
Comfort working in a remote, distributed environment and collaborating across multiple time zones and business units.
