Head of Ecommerce

We’re looking for a business leader to shape, build, and scale GRIPIT’s Home & Kitchen business across E-commerce and Quick Commerce.
Someone who can see the bigger picture, identify opportunities, drive strategic decisions, and translate business vision into measurable growth. This role calls for a leader who combines commercial sharpness with execution excellence and takes complete ownership of the business, end to end.
What You’ll Lead
Define the growth roadmap, drive revenue and profitability, and expand market presence across channels.
Own the business end to end, from category strategy and commercial planning to execution and performance.
Build strategic platform partnerships, strengthen marketplace presence, and unlock new avenues for growth.
Drive data-led decisions across pricing, promotions, assortment, and channel investments.
Build high-performing teams, scalable processes, and the foundation for sustainable business growth.
What We’re Looking For
A commercially astute leader with a proven track record in scaling E-commerce and Quick Commerce businesses. Someone who understands marketplaces, thinks beyond the immediate, moves with agility, and brings a strong sense of ownership to every business outcome. Experience in Home & Kitchen or consumer durables is preferred.
