Senior Analyst - Supply and Demand Planning

Job Profile Summary
What success looks like in this role:
Develops and ensures implementation of near- and longer-term supply, demand and delivery plans for required equipment, materials and components. Works with operational, sales, marketing, finance and other stakeholders to understand anticipated demand and product-specific forecasting drivers. Ensures developed plans align with revenue forecasts, drive efficiencies and balance appropriately between fulfilment and replenishment needs.
Key Responsibilities
Provides Supply & Demand Planning for assigned organizational and product areas.
Works with sales, finance production, operational and other stakeholders, and with Supply Chain colleagues, to forecast and manage equipment, material and component demand and required inventory levels.
Engages with sales, marketing, finance, sourcing and manufacturing teams to understand forecasting drivers.
Develops and maintains periodic operational demand and distribution plans to ensure timely, effective and efficient order fulfilment.
Monitors Supply Chain metrics to understand performance, identify inconsistencies / issues and ensure appropriate resolution and/or escalation.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
BA/BS degree and 4-6 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
