Company Description
FitShyft is a new online fitness company that provides women in the U.S. and The Bahamas with one-on-one personal training over video calls. Our founder and personal trainers are based in Brazil. We’re currently building a team of local trainers to work remotely with our English-speaking clients.
Role Description
As a FitShyft trainer, you’ll provide live, one-on-one, virtual training sessions over video calls to clients and support them through accountability and guidance. In addition to guiding workouts, trainers are expected to engage in conversational English during sessions to build rapport, provide feedback, and create a supportive, motivating experience. Spoken English does not need to be perfect, but should be understandable. This role is ideal for trainers who want flexible, remote work and the ability to train international clients without marketing themselves.
Responsibilities
Lead live 1-on-1 virtual training sessions
Design workouts tailored to individual client goals
Communicate clearly with clients in English
Provide motivation, accountability, and guidance
Maintain a professional, supportive virtual training experience
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in physical education
Experience training women
Conversational English required (able to communicate comfortably during sessions)
Comfortable coaching clients virtually
Reliable internet connection and device for video calls
Based in Brazil
