Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead the development and implementation of best practices to improve delivery efficiency and quality.
Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align project goals with client expectations and organizational objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HANA DB Administration.
Strong knowledge of database architecture, performance tuning, and troubleshooting within SAP HANA environments.
Experience in managing database security, backup, and recovery processes to ensure data integrity and availability.
Ability to optimize system performance through monitoring and fine-tuning of SAP HANA databases.
Familiarity with cloud-based SAP HANA deployments and hybrid infrastructure management.
Skilled in collaborating with development and operations teams to support seamless integration and deployment.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP HANA DB Administration.
This position is based at our INDC1A - NON-STPI location.
A 15 years full time education is required.
