Role Description This full-time, on-site Business Analyst role is based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, gather and document requirements, and translate them into clear specifications for technology and product teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing business processes, identifying gaps and opportunities, and recommending data-driven improvements aligned with client objectives. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, supporting the design of dashboards and reporting solutions, and validating that delivered solutions meet functional and performance expectations. The Business Analyst will also contribute to preparing presentations, reports, and documentation that communicate insights and recommendations in a clear, structured manner.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret complex data, identify trends, and support evidence-based decision-making.
Candidates should possess Business Analysis and Business Requirements skills to elicit, document, and manage functional and non-functional requirements.
Candidates should possess Business Process skills to map current workflows, assess efficiency, and propose improvements or automation opportunities.
Candidates should possess Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, facilitate discussions, and present findings clearly in written and verbal formats.
Familiarity with data visualization, reporting tools, or BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is beneficial.
Experience working with cross-functional technology teams in product development or analytics environments is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field is desirable.
Ability to work on-site in the Greater Bengaluru Area, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced, client-focused setting.
