Event Services is a growing department whose primary function is to assure the events hosted by Utah State University, "Exceed Expectations". The primary purpose of the Equipment and Setup Coordinator II is to assist with the logistical management of event spaces in multiple event venues including, but not limited to the Taggart Student Center, Eccles Conference Center, University Inn (5th Floor), David B. Haight Center, West Stadium Center, Spectrum, and other indoor and outdoor spaces for university and public events. Duties include the setup and striking of event equipment such as: chairs, tables, stages, and other event related equipment.
