MES provides turnkey project execution, leveraging Michels' self-perform capabilities to manage every phase of construction, from planning and procurement through field execution and project closeout.
With deep expertise in pipelines, gas distribution systems, compressor and pump stations, industrial facilities, utility infrastructure, and energy-related construction, MES partners with clients to safely deliver critical projects that power economies and support growing communities. As Project Controls, your key responsibilities will be to support project managers by developing and maintaining accurate budgets and schedules, monitor project progress to ensure alignment with financial and timeline goals, and coordinate project activities to promote efficient execution and communication across teams.

What it takes?
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
Knowledge of accounting principles and business operations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; familiarity with project management and cost control systems
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; ability to interpret data to drive process improvements
Collaboration and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in a team and independently under deadlines
Occasional travel to project sites
