About WorkFit
WorkFit is a recruitment consultancy focused on connecting talented candidates with career opportunities across Banking, Financial Services, NBFC, Insurance, Sales and Customer Service.
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern who wants to learn recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening and end-to-end hiring coordination.
Key Responsibilities
* Source relevant candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and other recruitment channels.
* Review resumes and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
* Contact candidates to understand their experience, salary expectations, location preferences and notice period.
* Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidate suitability.
* Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring partners.
* Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment trackers.
* Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, offers and joining status.
* Assist in preparing job descriptions and publishing hiring posts on LinkedIn.
* Support daily recruitment targets and reporting.
Eligibility Criteria
* Graduate or pursuing graduation in HR, Management, Business Administration or a related field.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets and email.
* Comfortable making candidate calls and following up regularly.
* Willingness to learn recruitment processes and meet daily sourcing targets.
* Prior recruitment experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
