AI can write a decent article in seconds, and that's the problem: the internet is filling up with articles that all say the same thing. We want a writer who goes out and finds what AI can't know.
What you'll do
Talk to founders. Interview startup founders about how they found their office, and our team about what they see on tours every day.
Explore the city. Visit buildings and walk neighborhoods, then write the guides founders actually use to choose where their team works.
Find the story in the data. We have thousands of real office listings with real prices. Turn them into articles nobody else can write.
Write and publish. Your work goes live on our site, with your name on it, and you'll see how it ranks on Google.
Use AI every day. Learn how an AI-native company really works. AI does the first draft and you make it worth reading.

10-15 hours a week, on a schedule that works around your classes

$35/hr, starting with a paid 2-week trial
