Senior Scrum Master

Introduction & Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Scrum Master to champion Agile methodologies within our Product Team. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, a deep commitment to fostering Agile practices, and the ability to guide teams towards effective self-organization and continuous improvement.
Main Responsibilities
Lead the team in Agile processes and practices.
Champion and facilitate the adoption of Agile practices.
Lead agile ceremonies and utilize agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Miro).
Proactively identify and resolve blockers to enhance productivity.
Ensure seamless integration of operations within the PMI ecosystem.
Impart best practices in Agile methodology and product backlog management.
Enhance communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
Participate in Communities of Practice (CoPs) to share insights and best practices.
Key Requirements
Strong agile mindset and proactive problem-solving approach.
Proficient in agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban).
Understanding of team member strengths, preferences, and cultural backgrounds.
Analytical thinker with a keen interest in the product ecosystem.
Commitment to lifelong learning and skill enhancement.
Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
Demonstrated resilience and focus in planning and risk management.
At least five years in project delivery roles, including experience as a Scrum Master.
Proven track record in Scrum Master roles (min. 3 years).
University/Post Graduate (Masters Degree) in a technical field preferred.
First-level Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM I, PMI-ACP) is essential.
Nice to Have
Advanced Scrum Master certification (e.g., PSM II, SSM).
Familiarity with Management 3.0, KMP, ICP-ATF, ICP-ACC.
Proficient in various agile tools and frameworks.
Basic understanding of agile delivery methods (CI/CD, XP, TDD, BDD).
Knowledge in IT budgeting and Business Case preparation.
Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
