We are looking for a senior hospitality technology expert with hands-on experience in Oracle OPERA, spa scheduling systems, and hospitality POS platforms. The ideal candidate combines deep hospitality domain knowledge with strong technical skills and an AI-first approach to problem-solving.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and evolving hospitality systems, particularly spa scheduling and reservation tools. You will work directly with stakeholders to understand operational requirements and collaborate with our engineering team to build custom solutions, integrations, and automations.
This role requires someone who understands hospitality technology in real-world environments and can bridge the gap between business operations and engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Manage, configure, and optimize Oracle OPERA PMS and related hospitality technology platforms.
Own the management and improvement of spa scheduling systems, including appointment booking, therapist allocation, treatment scheduling, room availability, and resource management.
Work with Oracle Hospitality platforms, including Oracle MICROS and Oracle Simphony POS, along with F&B and other hospitality systems.
Build and manage integrations between spa scheduling tools, PMS, POS, reservations, billing, and other operational applications.
Work directly with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand workflows, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
Collaborate with engineers to develop custom applications, integrations, dashboards, and workflow automation.
Troubleshoot complex system issues and ensure reliability across connected platforms.
Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve hospitality operations and development workflows.
Take ownership of solutions from discovery and design through implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
Required Experience and Skills
5+ years of relevant experience in hospitality technology, enterprise systems, software implementation, or systems integration.
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle OPERA PMS, preferably OPERA Cloud or OPERA 5.
Experience with spa scheduling, appointment management, reservations, or wellness management systems.
Familiarity with Oracle MICROS, Oracle Simphony POS, F&B systems, or comparable hospitality platforms.
Understanding of hotel, resort, and spa operational workflows.
Experience with APIs, integrations, webhooks, SQL, databases, and data exchange between enterprise systems.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and work effectively with software engineers.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with AI-assisted development tools and automation is highly desirable.
