The position focuses on enhancing decision-making processes by providing a clear understanding of complex data sets and supporting strategic initiatives through data-driven recommendations. Collaboration with different stakeholders to align data analysis with business goals is a key aspect of the daily routine.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation within analytics projects.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (PBI).
Strong skills in data modeling, data transformation, and report development using Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (PBI).
Experience in designing and implementing interactive dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights effectively.
Ability to work with large and complex data sets to extract meaningful information and support business objectives.
Familiarity with data integration techniques and working knowledge of various data sources and formats.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to address business challenges through data-driven solutions.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (PBI).
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
