Maintenance Administrative Support

Penn Waste, Inc, has an immediate position available for a Maintenance Administrative Support position at our Truck Shop in Manchester, PA.
Job Duties will include:
• Receives incoming parts and supplies (stock/non-stock/warranty)
• Processes all, parts, equipment and supplies to mechanics in conjunction with work orders, Ensure accurate input and output of inventory in RTAS System
• Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and parts room in order to ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Ensure parts that are stocked are available. Keep rolling inventory.
• Return the damaged or defective items to the vendor
• Other duties as assigned- Assigned by Shift Lead
The required skills for this position are:
• Intermediate computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, Web-Based Applications)
• Prior parts room experience. Knowledge of maintenance work processes a plus.
• You must be able to work Monday thru Friday with occasional OT.
• Assist Mechanics in looking up, ordering parts and charging out parts.
• Working conditions are normal for a shop environment. Work involves lifting of materials and product up to 50 pounds.
