The Customer Support Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon. This position is responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing clear and accurate information about services, and resolving issues in a timely manner. The specialist will troubleshoot basic technical problems, escalate complex cases when needed, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction. Daily activities include documenting interactions in the support system, analyzing recurring concerns to suggest process improvements, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience. The role requires consistent, professional communication and a strong focus on service quality.
Qualifications
Strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills, with experience handling inquiries and resolving issues.
Excellent Interpersonal Skills, including active listening, empathy, and clear, professional communication.
Ability to provide Technical Support for basic product or service issues, with a willingness to learn new tools and systems.
Analytical Skills to interpret customer feedback, identify patterns, and recommend improvements.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English; additional local language proficiency is an advantage.
Comfort working in an on-site environment in Ahmedabad, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
Prior experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
Relevant educational background (e.g., bachelor’s degree or diploma) or equivalent experience in customer-facing roles.
