Role Description The AI Agent Engineer will design, develop, and maintain AI agents and related systems that support client projects and internal initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering requirements, building and testing AI workflows, integrating APIs and data sources, and optimizing agent performance for accuracy, reliability, and user experience. The role involves close collaboration with consultants, marketing specialists, and technical stakeholders to translate business needs into robust AI solutions, as well as documenting implementations and providing technical support. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, requiring regular collaboration with cross-functional teams and participation in client meetings, reviews, and implementation sessions.
Qualifications
Strong programming fundamentals and experience with languages commonly used for AI and automation (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
Knowledge of AI/ML concepts, large language models, and agent architectures, including prompt design and workflow orchestration.
Experience integrating APIs, working with RESTful services, and handling structured and unstructured data.
Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical designs and implementable AI solutions.
Familiarity with cloud platforms or deployment environments used for AI applications is beneficial.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to debug and optimize complex systems.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Prior experience in consulting, marketing technology, or client-facing technical roles is a plus.
Willingness to work on-site in Mumbai and collaborate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
