Traveling Concrete Laborer

We are seeking a Traveling Skilled Laborer to join our Patching and Concrete Crew to support the day-to-day operations of our construction projects.
Responsibilities
Traveling across country (East to West, South to North).
Assist with general construction tasks, including loading and unloading materials, digging trenches, and operating hand and power tools
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment
Collaborate with site supervisors and other construction staff to ensure project success
Drive innovation and continuous improvement in construction practices
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
1 to 2 years of experience with Concrete and Patching work.
Experience in construction or related industry preferred
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds and working in all weather conditions
Basic math and measurement skills
Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team
