About Hussh
Hussh is two businesses with one mission: make information — especially private personal information — a real financial asset for the human it belongs to, with the human in control of every machine, always.
The technology company builds private personal AI for 360 million Americans first, then 8 billion humans: iMoney, the money app — investing rebuilt around a simple contract: your agent proposes, you approve, nothing moves without you — and Private Agent One, the private personal agent. The asset manager runs permanent capital on the world's fastest growers of absolute free cash flow.
iMoney ships production-ready December 27, 2026. The engineers building it are being hired now. The product truth they build against — every job to be done, every screen, every edge case — is this role. We are 100% privately owned and profitable — founder-funded, no outside investors — and we build like we work at Apple: the bar is the head of design's review, and products must clear excellence, experience, and ease of use at the same time. The bet you are defining for: AI in the biggest manner — personal superintelligence for everybody, on the best supercomputers we can build — distributed partner-first and distributor-first, and judged by whether it creates value, delivers value, and turns that value into shareholder equity for everyone who works with us, invests with us, or does business with us. Brand, culture, and values are product decisions in every review you run.
The role
Mission: write the product truth for iMoney and Private Agent One — and hold the Apple-grade bar on every surface until the CPO era begins.
You are one of the company's first product managers — the consumer-platform PM. You work backwards from the customer: every job to be done named in plain words, every roadmap item traced to a human job, every "done" measured against the three gates. You will say no — with a better yes — to the CEO, to engineering, and to yourself. When the Chief Product Officer arrives, you are the product culture they inherit: already running.
What you'll do
- Own iMoney's product definition to the December 27 bar: the jobs, the screens, the family-investing experience (parents and adults teaching family and friends to invest, with registered advisors and CFPs from our network inside the app), the agent-approval contract, the edge cases December would otherwise discover.
- Define Private Agent One's v1 product thesis until a stranger can understand it: whose job, what changes, why they'll love it.
- Run the product review cadence with teeth — the review that kills or reshapes something real, on rhythm.
- Hold the line on simplicity when everyone wants to add: fewer elements, each one rich. That law, enforced by you.
- Instrument the learning loop: retention and referrals are the scoreboard, not launch-day applause.
What success looks like in 6 months
- iMoney ships on December 27 with a product definition nobody had to guess at — and early users stay, and bring friends.
- Private Agent One has a written thesis, a learning loop in real users' hands, and evidence moving the roadmap.
- The founding engineers ship faster because your definitions are unambiguous — scope fights end at your desk, on substance.
- Product truth exists as documents the whole company can recite.
What you bring — musts
- You have defined and shipped a consumer product people actually use — ideally one they describe to friends unprompted. Craft without adoption is decoration; bring both.
- Jobs-to-be-done as a reflex: you think in human jobs, not feature lists, and you write the one-paragraph product truth a company can recite.
- You can argue with a founder about product and win on the merits — deference is disqualifying here.
- You hold simplicity under pressure: when the room wants ten things, you ship the two that matter, beautifully.
Nice to have
- Fintech or brokerage product experience — investing products, advisor tools, family finance.
- Agent/AI product experience: approval flows, trust surfaces, human-in-the-loop design.
- Both-platform fluency: consumer product taste with enterprise awareness (our enterprise PM is a separate founding seat; the two of you will share one brain).
What we offer
$160,000–$210,000 base, a 10–20% target bonus, and a founding equity grant on a 4-year vest. Founding titles are permanent — "Founding Product Manager" is a fact, not a level. The work: define the money app and the personal agent for a company whose whole thesis is the human in control — with the founder as your sparring partner and the Apple bar as your shared religion.
How to apply
Apply here on LinkedIn with your resume and a short note answering one question: name a product you defined that people loved — the job it did for them, in one sentence, and the adoption numbers that proved it.
