What you'll be doing
As the Director, Business Systems Analysis, you'll lead a dynamic team responsible for delivering innovative technology solutions and ongoing support. You'll drive enterprise data strategy and championing business priorities align with technology strategy and enterprise architecture. Your role will focus on solving complex business challenges through scalable, data-driven solutions while enabling the organization to leverage data and emerging technologies for better decision-making, operational efficiency, and enhanced client outcomes.

How you'll succeed
Leadership & Delivery Accountability – Lead and manage a high-performing team of Business Systems Analysts and consultants, overseeing end-to-end delivery of technology solutions and production support for CFG and related platforms.
Data Strategy & Analytics Leadership – Define and drive domain-level data strategy, promote effective use of data for decision-making and reporting, and align data capabilities with enterprise platforms and analytics initiatives.
Strategic Planning & Solution Alignment – Ensure alignment of business and system requirements with business goals, contribute to strategic roadmaps, and lead solution design governance for consistency and sustainability.
Stakeholder & Client Leadership – Build strong relationships across business, technology, and control functions, acting as a trusted advisor and advocating for continuous improvement in solution quality and user experience.
Governance & Standards – Establish and enforce standards for business analysis artefacts, ensure adherence to CIBC policies and regulatory expectations, and drive continuous improvement in processes and delivery methodologies.
