Permanent - Full-Time
At FFUN Group, we believe work should be more than just a job. It should be a place where you can grow, contribute, learn, and have a little FFUN along the way.
As one of Canada’s growing automotive and recreational groups, we support a wide range of dealerships and brands across multiple provinces. Behind every great service department is a strong support team making sure the details are accurate, claims are processed properly, and our stores are getting the warranty dollars they’re entitled to.
That’s where you come in.
We’re looking for a Warranty Administrator who is organized, detail-focused, and comfortable working with multiple manufacturers, dealerships, and service teams. You’ll play an important role in ensuring warranty claims are submitted accurately, processed on time, and followed through from repair order to payment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Review repair orders and technician documentation to ensure warranty claims meet manufacturer requirements
Prepare, code, and submit warranty claims accurately and within required timelines
Interpret technician stories, failure reports, and supporting documentation to prepare clear warranty submissions
Confirm warranty eligibility, coverage, labour operations, parts, and required documentation
Monitor submitted claims and follow up on outstanding, rejected, or adjusted claims
Work with Service Managers, Advisors, Technicians, and Parts teams to resolve missing or incomplete information
Close warranty repair orders once all requirements have been met
Review warranty credits, statements, and payments to ensure claims have been processed correctly
Maintain accurate warranty schedules and reconcile outstanding warranty receivables
Maintain accurate and organized warranty work order files and supporting documentation to support efficient claims processing and audit readiness
Conduct routine inspections of returned warranty parts to verify proper OEM tagging, documentation, and compliance with manufacturer requirements
Track warranty parts requiring return, retention, or disposal in accordance with OEM guidelines
Respond to warranty-related questions from dealership teams and manufacturer representatives
Complete and stay current with all required OEM training, certifications, warranty policies, and program updates
Build strong relationships with manufacturer warranty representatives and internal dealership teams
What We’re Looking For:
Previous warranty administration, service administration, or automotive dealership experience is preferred
Strong understanding of repair orders, parts, labour operations, and dealership service processes
Experience working with OEM warranty systems is considered a strong asset
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple claims, deadlines, and priorities
Comfortable reviewing documentation and identifying missing or incorrect information
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with multiple dealership teams
Experience with dealership management systems such as PBS, CDK, or similar platforms is an asset
Confident using Microsoft Office and other computer-based systems
