Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
• Lead expert knowledge within a specialised discipline, typically developed through extensive professional experience, recognised expertise and continuous professional development.
• Demonstrated people leadership experience, including coaching, capability development, performance management and team leadership.
• Ability to apply advanced specialist expertise and professional judgement to highly complex business situations and strategic challenges.
• Proven capability to shape professional standards, methodologies, practices or frameworks within a specialist discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, with the ability to evaluate complex issues and provide authoritative recommendations.
• Ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders and deliver results through others.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders and diverse audiences.
• Broad understanding of organisational priorities, business drivers and developments relevant to the specialist discipline.
