🚀 WE’RE HIRING | Senior Amazon Connect / AWS Infrastructure Engineer
Are you an AWS expert with hands-on Amazon Connect experience? Join Praxis LATAM and help build, integrate, and optimize enterprise cloud contact center solutions! ☁️
🔹 Contract: Contractor
🔹 Work Mode: Remote
🔹 English: C1
🔹 Compensation: Open to negotiation (USD)
Key Requirements:
Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Connect and enterprise CCaaS.
AWS serverless architecture: Lambda, API Gateway, EventBridge & Step Functions.
Infrastructure as Code: AWS CDK, CloudFormation or Terraform.
CI/CD, IAM, CloudWatch and production troubleshooting.
✨ Plus: Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Q in Connect, Lex, Claude or conversational AI.
